November 8, 2010 - Dancing with the Stars or shorthand DWTS can be a pleasure or a pain to watch depending on your point of view. I like the show don't get me wrong, but our satellite bill was too high so we cancelled it. We were doing great with local tv converter box (thank you UNCLE SAM) until it froze. So we tried internet. GREAT until the load is so great from other users that the show FREEZES. I long for the old days where just an antennae to adjust was the only setback for viewing. Now we are disappointed 3x over.
While a frozen DWTS is great for still pictures, it is not so great for writers who are depending on the show's continuous dance to proceed in a smooth and flowing fashion. Choppy and frozen smiles are not great material for reviews.
So I was interested when I found this site that said I could watch free without going through a bunch of hoops. Just point and click.. VIOLA' now I can watch all for the price of a survey. Is the site good? I have no idea, I do not participate in what could very well be another endless survey circle. :) Let me know how it works for you, I'm too chicken to try.
