Jennifer Lopez has rejected Simon Cowell's advances to lure her from Idol to his new show the X FACTOR. Lopez was reportedly approached by Cowell shortly after she had signed on to Simon Fuller's 'Idol' and the newspaper claim that the music mogul began 'begging her to ditch it and join the panel of US X Factor'. The 41-year-old was 'bowled over by Cowell's charm offensive' and initially agreed to make the switch, however, the singer and actress later changed her mind after Fuller personally flew to the US to speak with her."
