Internet sensation Sheen and heard - BostonHerald.com

Internet sensation Sheen and heard - BostonHerald.com: "“Yesterday there were 660,000 visits. That’s actual people. Twitter is crazy right now. It’s kind of stressful,” co-creator Jarrett Moffatt, 24, said from his home in Winnipeg, Canada.

Even Sheen is loving the site, which he heard about during an interview with MIX 104.1 FM’s local morning show Karson & Kennedy.

“Wow. That’s epic. Can you text me that?” Sheen asked.

Now, advertising art director Meisner and ad copywriter Moffatt have started selling T-shirts emblazoned with the mouthy actor’s face and quotes so they can raise money to add bandwidth to the site.

“He just seemed like a personality that was all of a sudden coming to life and expressing himself in a unique way,” Meisner said.

“As witty as Jarrett is, there is no way we could have come up with a fraction of (these quotes). Honesty really works. Transparency sells.”
